Alice Setti Art is committed to dispatching your orders promptly. Please be aware that occasional delays in order processing may occur if our artwork gains popularity on social media. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and deeply appreciate your patience.
Regrettably, we are unable to provide express shipping at this moment in time.
If you need to change the shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of making your purchase to ensure we can redirect your shipment. Once your order has left our studio, we cannot modify the address. To request an address change, please reach out to us promptly through our contact page.
Please note that Alice Setti Art cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers. We kindly request that you provide complete and accurate mailing addresses during checkout.

Duties and Taxes:
Our studio operates from Toowoomba, Australia, and is not responsible for any import fees associated with your purchases, including both originals and prints.
The checkout total does not include any applicable taxes and duties. These charges are determined by the customs agency in your destination country. Import taxes may be imposed by some countries but not others. The customs agency will contact the recipient, either via mail, phone, or email, to collect these charges and allow the shipment to proceed to its destination.
It is your responsibility as the customer to pay any duties, value-added tax, or similar fees. If you decline to pay these additional amounts, the delivery will be returned to us. Assuming the product is in its original condition, we will refund the cost of your purchase, minus the shipping costs to your country.
We declare the purchase value of items for export, and we will not falsify any documents under any circumstances.
